Mango Meerkat pre-launch privacy policy

Effective October 12, 2026. This policy currently covers the public website and pre-launch waitlist.

Information we collect

When you join the waitlist, we may collect your name, email address, city, state or region, country, household size, number of children, optional child age ranges, whether you have an iPad available for testing, your optional answer about what you would like Mango Meerkat to help with, and your consent preferences.

Why we collect it

We use this information to manage the waitlist, contact potential pre-launch families, plan testing cohorts, understand the kinds of families interested in Mango Meerkat, improve onboarding and product priorities, and measure how people discover the site.

What we do not need from the waitlist

Please do not submit children’s names, exact home addresses, medical information, school records or other sensitive family details in the open-ended field. We do not need that information to evaluate waitlist interest.

Children

The public waitlist is intended for a parent or legal guardian to complete. We are not asking children to submit personal information through this website.

Sharing and sale

We do not sell waitlist personal information. We may use service providers that help us host the website, store submissions, send communications, analyze site performance or fulfill pre-launch materials, subject to appropriate contractual and security protections.

Retention

We keep waitlist information for as long as reasonably needed to operate the pre-launch program, communicate about Mango Meerkat, comply with legal obligations and maintain appropriate records. We may delete or de-identify information when it is no longer needed.

Your choices

You may unsubscribe from marketing communications using the unsubscribe method included in those messages. You may also ask us to review or delete waitlist information associated with your email address, subject to legal and operational requirements.

Location information

The waitlist asks for general location such as city, state or region, and country. We do not need your street address at this stage.

Changes

We may update this policy as Mango Meerkat moves from waitlist to product testing and launch. The effective date above will be updated when the policy changes materially.
